Which kind of teams is Service Collection for?
The Service Collection serves to centralize the management of services for all teams within an organization, starting with IT but going beyond: human resources, finance, legal, procurement, and marketing are just some of the beneficiaries of applying ITIL principles to Enterprise Service Management (ESM) flows.
Why did Atlassian launch the Customer Service Management application?
In addition to expanding to all service teams, Customer Service Management extends its reach to end customers, accelerating interactions and reducing response times thanks to artificial intelligence agents.
Since when is the Service Collection available?
The Service Collection is available from October 7, 2025, immediately after Team ’25 Barcelona.
What if I already have Jira Service Management?
If you have Jira Service Management, you already have access to all the products in the collection (Jira Service Management, Customer Service Management, Assets, and Rovo) for the same price. Yes, you read that right.
But if I have Jira Service Management and don't want the Service Collection, can I opt out?
Current Jira Service Management customers can opt out of accessing the Service Collection during their current contract. However, the collection will be automatically activated upon the next renewal.
Can I purchase Jira Service Management separately?
All new customers purchase the Service Collection. In addition, Jira Service Management renewals are now also managed through this collection.
What are Service Collection's plans?
The entire Atlassian Service Collection (Jira Service Management, Customer Service Management, Assets, and Rovo) is available starting with the Standard plan. The free plan for the Service Collection is limited to a maximum of 3 agents and does not include asset management (Assets) or artificial intelligence agents (Rovo).
How many assets can I manage and configure with the Service Collection?
5,000 with the Standard plan, 50,000 with Premium, and 500,000 with Enterprise. These objects can be combined with those provided, for example, with Jira or Confluence Premium plans. The cost for each object beyond these limits has been reduced from $0.05 to $0.02.
