Se llama Topics y ha venido para permitirnos organizar el contenido del centro de ayuda de una forma m\u00e1s visual y ayudar a los usuarios a tener una mejor experiencia de navegaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Como administradores de Jira, <strong>ahora podemos crear \u00abTopics\u00bb agrupando cualquier tipo de elemento visible en el portal: art\u00edculos de conocimiento y Request types, de un solo portal o de varios portales diferentes.<\/strong> Al margen de cu\u00e1ntos portales tengamos, o qu\u00e9 tipo de peticiones ofrezcamos a nuestros clientes, podemos agruparlas de una forma m\u00e1s natural, por tem\u00e1tica, por funcionalidad, por objetivo&#8230; en definitiva, de la forma en la que sea m\u00e1s intuitivo y \u00fatil para el usuario final.<\/p>\n<p>La creaci\u00f3n es extremadamente sencilla. <strong>Solo si eres administrador de Jira, podr\u00e1s personalizar el centro de ayuda y crear un nuevo Topic. A partir de aqu\u00ed, solo tienes que decidir qu\u00e9 incluir en tu nuevo Topic, darle un nombre y a\u00f1adir una breve descripci\u00f3n si lo necesitas.<\/strong> Una vez lo hayas creado, puedes decidir si hacerlo visible o no para los usuarios, editarlo en cualquier momento y eliminarlo permanentemente si ya no quieres resaltar ese contenido.<\/p>\n<\/div>[vc_single_image image=\u00bb37160&#8243; img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb alignment=\u00bbcenter\u00bb]<div class=\"bloque-texto-blog  vc_custom_1670246378236 last-paragraph-no-margin\"><pre style=\"text-align: right;\">Fuente de la imagen: Atlassian<\/pre>\n<\/div><div class=\"bloque-texto-blog  vc_custom_1668683730160 last-paragraph-no-margin\"><h2><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo m\u00e1s importante sobre esta nueva funcionalidad?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Tienes que ser administrador de Jira para poder crear y administrar Topics<\/strong> en tu centro de ayuda.<\/p>\n<p>Necesitas tener m\u00e1s de 1 portal en tu centro de ayuda. Si no, no podr\u00e1s configurar el layout y por lo tanto a\u00f1adir nuevos Topics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Es necesaria una licencia de Jira Service Management Premium o Enterprise.<\/strong> Si cambias de plan a uno est\u00e1ndar o gratuito y ya ten\u00edas Topics creados, quedar\u00e1n ocultos hasta que vuelvas a cambiar de plan, que podr\u00e1s editarlos y hacerlos visibles de nuevo en tu centro de ayuda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Puedes crear hasta 15 Topics en tu centro de ayuda. Cada uno tendr\u00e1 una URL \u00fanica y una p\u00e1gina propia con el contenido seleccionado.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los Topics por ahora no tienen configuraci\u00f3n de permisos.
