Cada d\u00eda vemos publicados nuevas soluciones aplicadas a problemas pr\u00e1cticos creadas por la inteligencia artificial.<\/p>\n<p>El crecimiento es exponencial y el cambio en las formas de trabajo es inminente.<\/p>\n<p>Nos movemos de herramientas totalmente pasivas a herramientas IA de dise\u00f1o generativo. Podemos decir a un ordenador que es lo que queremos, dando especificaciones y restricciones, en lugar de tener que dibujar un dise\u00f1o. \u00a0Este ordenador utilizar\u00e1 algoritmos para sintetizar la geometr\u00eda y ser\u00e1 capaz de dise\u00f1ar por s\u00ed mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Es natural que surja la inquietud de que la IA sustituya empleos que actualmente hacen personas y es evidente que la forma de trabajar cambiar\u00e1. Aunque el enfoque es diferente:<\/p>\n<p><em>Dentro del contexto de HR la IA no podr\u00eda remplazar personas, pero las personas que trabajen con IA van a remplazar a los que no la usen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Estamos hablando de nuevas formas de trabajo, sin precedentes, por lo que HR juega un papel protagonista en este cambio:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ser\u00e1n los procesos de selecci\u00f3n ante este escenario?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las nuevas habilidades que necesitamos tengan los candidatos?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo definiremos los nuevos roles?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo formaremos a los empleados actuales?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfDe que manera gestionaremos la inquietud e incertidumbre de los cambios?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>M\u00e1s que nunca HR deber\u00e1 enfocar sus esfuerzos en ser m\u00e1s eficiente frente a las demandas del negocio y en como apoyar a las personas para que sean m\u00e1s productivas.<\/p>\n<p>Esto implica cambios estructurales, canales de comunicaci\u00f3n y estilos de liderazgo adaptados a la \u00e9poca actual.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo que ser\u00e1 necesario repensar en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La manera en que enfocamos el trabajo<\/li>\n<li>La forma en que tratamos a las personas<\/li>\n<li>La estrategia en como dise\u00f1amos, gestionamos y dirigimos nuestras organizaciones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las empresas necesitan ser capaces de explorar oportunidades emergentes y pivotar r\u00e1pidamente.<\/p>\n<p>Deben\u00a0 incorporar la adaptabilidad y la gesti\u00f3n del cambio en modelos de liderazgo y operaciones.<\/p>\n<p>La evoluci\u00f3n del trabajo est\u00e1 sucediendo, con o sin HR.
