A lo largo del 2023 se realizaron muchas pruebas y ajustes escuchando el feedback de los usuarios y desde hace algunos meses<strong> ya est\u00e1 disponible de forma general.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sigue leyendo este art\u00edculo si quieres conocer todos los detalles de su funcionamiento y aprender a configurarlo en tu instancia.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"id-[Jira]VirtualAgenteenJSM-\u00bfQu\u00e9esexactamenteelAgenteVirtual?\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es exactamente el Agente Virtual?<\/h2>\n<p>Es un agente impulsado por <strong>Inteligencia Artificial (<a href=\"https:\/\/partners.sngular.com\/atlassian\/atlassian-intelligence-ya-es-una-realidad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Atlassian Intelligence<\/a>)<\/strong>, que utiliza el mejor motor de procesamiento de lenguaje natural del mercado (NLP). Se integra directamente con <strong>Slack<\/strong> para ofrecer un servicio conversacional r\u00e1pido y que est\u00e9 siempre activo.<\/p>\n<p>Es capaz de analizar y comprender la intenci\u00f3n, el sentimiento y el contexto de las peticiones, para personalizar las interacciones y desviar los problemas a la cola correspondiente. Ten en cuenta que debes hacerlo con un usuario que tenga permisos tanto en el proyecto de Jira como en el espacio de Slack para que pueda establecer la conexi\u00f3n necesaria. Si no lo has probado, aqu\u00ed va una lista de sus funcionalidades principales para que puedas sacarle el m\u00e1ximo partido:<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"id-[Jira]VirtualAgenteenJSM-Plantillasdeintencionespersonalizadas\"><strong>Plantillas de intenciones personalizadas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cada\u00a0<strong><span class=\"text-fragment\">intenci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>representa un problema, pregunta o solicitud espec\u00edfica que el\u00a0<span class=\"text-fragment\">agente virtual<\/span>\u00a0puede resolver por nosotros. Cuando el\u00a0<span class=\"text-fragment\">agente virtual<\/span>\u00a0detecta una\u00a0<span class=\"text-fragment\">intenci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0en el mensaje de un cliente, le pide que confirme que la\u00a0<span class=\"text-fragment\">intenci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0detectada es correcta y una vez confirmado,\u00a0inicia el\u00a0<span class=\"text-fragment\">flujo de conversaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0asignado a esa\u00a0<span class=\"text-fragment\">intenci\u00f3n. Esto hace que el Agente sea lo m\u00e1s \u00abhumano\u00bb posible, y pueda mantener todo tipo de conversaci\u00f3n con los usuarios respondiendo de la forma m\u00e1s adecuada a cualquier solicitud.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-fragment\">Se pueden generar intenciones de \u00abprueba\u00bb, para validar si es exactamente lo que queremos. Y una vez validamos esas intenciones entonces estar\u00e1n activas en el canal \u00aben vivo\u00bb. Una vez tengamos al menos 150 issues, podremos crear plantillas de intenci\u00f3n \u00aba partir de los datos\u00bb. Para ello el administrador tendr\u00e1 que tener activado Atlassian Intelligence.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"id-[Jira]VirtualAgenteenJSM-Respuestasdeflujoest\u00e1ndar\"><strong>Respuestas de flujo est\u00e1ndar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mientras que\u00a0<span class=\"text-fragment\">los flujos de conversaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"text-fragment\">intencionales<\/span>\u00a0se utilizan para preguntas o problemas espec\u00edficos de los clientes,\u00a0<span class=\"text-fragment\">los flujos est\u00e1ndar<\/span>\u00a0son\u00a0<span class=\"text-fragment\">flujos de conversaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0m\u00e1s cortos que realizan tareas b\u00e1sicas y repetitivas, como saludar al cliente, crear incidencias o peticiones o pedir una aclaraci\u00f3n cuando algo no est\u00e1 claro.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos\u00a0<span class=\"text-fragment\">flujos est\u00e1ndar<\/span>\u00a0tienen mensajes editables. El Agente virtual es capaz de buscar en tu base de conocimiento, de entre todos los art\u00edculos que tengas creados, y responderle al cliente con el m\u00e1s adecuado seg\u00fan su petici\u00f3n.
