Hasta ahora nos serv\u00edan para tener espacios espec\u00edficos para la gesti\u00f3n de incidencias, problemas o cambios, pero tambi\u00e9n para activar la gesti\u00f3n de alertas con Opsgenie por ejemplo. La m\u00e1s reciente es la posibilidad de realizar un\u00a0<strong>escalado a desarrolladores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La idea de esta funcionalidad es habilitarnos la opci\u00f3n de escalar un ticket al equipo de desarrollo, cuando requiera de su atenci\u00f3n o ayuda para resolverlo.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora mismo solucion\u00e1bamos este escalado simplemente creando la tarea en el proyecto de desarrollo correspondiente, o dejando que Jira lo hiciera por nosotros como parte de nuestro flujo de trabajo. Dentro de la<a href=\"https:\/\/partners.sngular.com\/atlassian\/curso\/acp-420-managing-jira-cloud-projects-copia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> configuraci\u00f3n de permisos<\/a> del proyecto, tienes que asegurarte que estos usuarios tengan el rol de \u00abService Desk Team\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>NO es necesario que los usuarios tengan <a href=\"https:\/\/partners.sngular.com\/atlassian\/consultoria-atlassian\/licencias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">licencia de Jira Service Management<\/a>, solo el rol correspondiente del proyecto, que les permite realizar las siguientes acciones como colaboradores:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ak-ul\">\n<li>Ver comentarios y archivos adjuntos<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir archivos adjuntos y eliminar sus archivos adjuntos<\/li>\n<li>Eliminar sus comentarios<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un detalle muy importante en este punto: no es posible asignar el ticket escalado al desarrollador, no forma parte de las funciones que puede hacer como colaborador de este proyecto. Desde luego, simplifica y minimiza las acciones que un agente tiene que hacer mientras est\u00e1 resolviendo una petici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para el desarrollador, no me parece lo m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo, ya que tiene que cambiar de su proyecto de desarrollo habitual a este, para poder atender la petici\u00f3n.
