Service Management?<\/h2>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1884\">Esta sincronizaci\u00f3n a\u00fan no est\u00e1 disponible para todos los clientes de Jira Service Management.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1980\">Los administradores de Jira recibir\u00e1n una <strong>notificaci\u00f3n, <\/strong>tanto por correo electr\u00f3nico como en la aplicaci\u00f3n. Esta notificaci\u00f3n avisar\u00e1 de que la nueva interfaz de usuario de incidentes simplificada ya est\u00e1 disponible en Jira Service Management. Otra forma de comprobar si ya esta disponible en nuestra instancia es ir a Configuraci\u00f3n &gt; Productos &gt; Traslado desde Opsgenie (Settings &gt; Products &gt; Move from Opsgenie).<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1980\">\ud83d\udc40<strong>\u00a1Ojo!<\/strong> Cuando inicias la sincronizaci\u00f3n, tus datos y configuraciones de Opsgenie no se borran, permanecen como est\u00e1n, pero tambi\u00e9n se copian a Jira Service Management.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"\u00bfQu\u00e9-se-sincroniza?\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"2527\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 se sincroniza?<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2550\">Los <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">equipos <\/strong>con sus <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">usuarios y roles de Opsgenie<\/strong> y las <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">configuraciones de horarios de guardia, reglas de enrutamiento y pol\u00edticas de escalado<\/strong> se sincronizar\u00e1n con Jira Service Management. Una vez finalizada la sincronizaci\u00f3n, un administrador deber\u00e1 asignar un rol de producto a los usuarios de Opsgenie que no tengan el mismo rol en Jira Service Management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2910\">Los <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">heartbeats de Opsgenie<\/strong> se trasladar\u00e1n a Jira Service Management, pero sus servidores pasar\u00e1n de Opsgenie (opsgenie.net) a los nuevos servidores de Atlassian (atlassian.net).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3091\">Las <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">integraciones <\/strong>que est\u00e1n configuradas en Opsgenie se sincronizan con Jira Service Management, sin ning\u00fan cambio. Ahora encontrar\u00e1s tus integraciones en Configuraci\u00f3n &gt; Productos &gt; Integraciones. Las <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">integraciones de Opsgenie con Jira Software y Jira Service Management<\/strong> estar\u00e1n disponibles como Sincronizaci\u00f3n en Configuraci\u00f3n &gt; Productos &gt; Sincronizaciones. Y las <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">integraciones de enrutamiento de llamadas entrantes<\/strong> se sincronizan con Jira Service Management, pero ya no se consideran integraciones. Ahora son una funcionalidad independiente y nativa llamada Enrutamiento de llamadas entrantes. Para gestionar el enrutamiento de llamadas entrantes, vaya a Configuraci\u00f3n &gt; Productos &gt; Enrutamiento de llamadas entrantes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"\u00bfQu\u00e9-NO-se-sincroniza?\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"3819\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 NO se sincroniza?<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3845\">Las <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">integraciones de chat<\/strong> en Opsgenie deben recrearse manualmente, ya que es necesario una autenticaci\u00f3n para su funcionamiento.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3975\">Las <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">acciones y reglas de incidentes <\/strong>de Opsgenie no se mover\u00e1n autom\u00e1ticamente a Jira Service Management y permanecer\u00e1n como est\u00e1n en Opsgenie. Usando la biblioteca de plantillas de reglas y componentes de Jira Automation podemos rehacerlas en JSM.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"\u00bfQu\u00e9-ocurre-despu\u00e9s-de-iniciar-el-traslado?\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"4227\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 ocurre despu\u00e9s de iniciar el traslado?<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"4274\">Tus <strong>datos y configuraciones<\/strong> de Opsgenie se sincronizar\u00e1n con Jira Service Management, sin ning\u00fan cambio<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"4381\">Como algunos datos y configuraciones necesitar\u00e1n ser replicados manualmente, se facilita una <strong>gu\u00eda<\/strong> para seguir y completar el movimiento de Opsgenie a Jira Service Management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"4558\">La cuenta de Opsgenie seguir\u00e1 <strong>activa<\/strong> y ninguno de los datos y configuraciones se ver\u00e1n afectados. Despu\u00e9s de unas semanas, Opsgenie se desactivar\u00e1 permanentemente (no se puede deshacer). Para conocer la fecha exacta en la que ocurrir\u00e1 hay que ir a <strong>Configuraci\u00f3n &gt; Productos &gt; Traslado desde Opsgenie<\/strong> (Settings &gt; Products &gt; Move from Opsgenie)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"4904\">Si haces uso de las API de Opsgenie debes saber que seguir\u00e1n funcionando incluso mientras se realiza la sincronizaci\u00f3n con Jira Service Management, pero una vez que finalice es mejor que utilices la API REST de Ops de Jira Service Management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta nueva integraci\u00f3n supone una mejora incre\u00edble para la gesti\u00f3n de alertas e incidentes, adem\u00e1s de agilizar el flujo de trabajo para los equipos.
